This notice describes the current MadeWonder preview experience. It must be reviewed by qualified counsel before broad production use.

Information used

We process the story details you provide and optional reference photos. Please provide only information you have permission to use.

Photos and generated assets

Reference photos are stored in a private bucket and are not published as permanent public URLs. Short-lived signed access is created only after project authorization or when server-side generation needs it. Photos are used to personalize the requested project; MadeWonder does not assume consent for provider model training.

Retention and deletion

You can delete a project from its preview page. The implementation removes its stored files and revokes browser access while retaining the minimum record needed to record deletion. An abandoned-photo cleanup service is prepared for a configurable period, but automated production deletion is not enabled until the final policy is approved.

Service providers and rights

Hosting, database/storage, and—when live mode is enabled—AI providers process data to operate the preview. Applicable rights, contacts, subprocessors, transfers, and exact retention periods require legal review.
